A gentle massage geared towards relieving the aches and pains often encountered during pregnancy. Erbaviva’s Organic and eco –friendly Stretch Mark & Back Rub Oil, along with special cushions and positioning accommodate mother and child for extra comfort and security.

Blissful Beginnings
Ideal from three months onwards, this treatment is adapted by the therapist at every stage of pregnancy. A relaxing back massage, deep conditioning oils and balms are gently applied to the stomach. Next the face is cleansed and rebalanced with 15 minutes of soothing massage extending to the neck, shoulders and scalp. To complete the treatment, massage to the lower legs, arms, hands and feet restore a feeling of lightness and comfort. (Subject to availability).

Lymphatic Flow Ritual*
Lymphatic Movement Technique is a therapy designed to improve the functioning of the lymphatic system. This gentle technique, which the practitioner uses, involves a range of specialized and gently rhythmic pumping movements to encourage the lymph flow. It can reduce pain and swelling during pregnancy and help with healing post pregnancy.

Nurturing Herbal Calm*
Pregnancy is a time of grace and of nurturing peace and stillness. Balance is essential so the developing baby feels secure and happy. Full body dry brushing (great for circulation) along warm herbal compresses with extracts of chamomile and lavender are gently placed, sealing its warmth and remedies to the belly, hands, feet and back of neck. This is gentle yet powerfully relaxing and nurturing to mom and baby. Healing music that balances and calms the mom & baby has been created to enhance the beauty of this treatment.

Maternity Reflexology
A reflexology session is an excellent way to maintain equilibrium during the rapidly changing balance of pregnancy. Enjoy Warm compresses and special oils while the reflexologist balances and harmonizes the whole being. Many minor ailments of pregnancy respond well to reflexology, supporting the natural development of a mother to be and new life. Reflexology will not cause damage to the fetus and compliments the natural event of child bearing. It is a holistic modality that encompasses body, mind and spirit and reduces stress and anxiety. Not suitable for the first trimester.

They may also improve skin tone, elasticity and prevent stretch marks. Most of all it makes you feel like a beautiful woman. We have put together a number of services that are great alone, or together and will allow this timeline to be more easy. We cannot control time, but we can choose to enjoy the journey of life.
